We get it β sometimes things donβt go as planned. Donβt worry, weβre here to make sure your experience stays smooth and stress-free.
π Returns
You haveΒ 14 daysΒ from the date of delivery to return your item.
IfΒ we made a mistakeΒ (wrong size, wrong item, damaged product), weβll take full responsibility. You wonβt pay anything β weβll cover the return costs and send you the correct item, no questions asked.
If you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong size yourself, thatβs totally fine too. In that case, return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using aΒ tracked shipping serviceΒ to keep things safe.
How it works:
1. Contact us
Email us at Contact@wexleylondon.comΒ with your order number and reason for the return. Weβll get back to you quickly with instructions.
2. Ship it back
Send the item to the return address weβll provide. If itβs our fault, weβll send you a prepaid label. Otherwise, youβll just need to ship it using a tracked service.
3. Get your refund or replacement
Once we receive your item in original condition (unworn, tags still on), weβll process your refund or send the new item β usually withinΒ 14 business days.
β Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceledΒ within 2 hoursΒ of placing them. After that, everythingβs already in motion at the warehouse.
If your order has shipped, you can still return it once you receive it β just follow the return steps above.
π A Few Things to Note:
Items must be returnedΒ unworn, unused, with original tags
Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear or damage
If we sent the wrong size or item,Β weβll cover all return + reshipping costs
Returns for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind) are at your own cost
